Why Laughwear?

We attach great importance to the quality of our products and want to satisfy our customers in the best possible way.

What can I use to pay?

We accept Paypal, Amex, ApplePay, GooglePay, Klarna, MasterCard, store, UnionPay, Visa and many more payment methods go to the checkout to see them all.

Shipping

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, your product will be sent from our warehouse within 2 working days of receipt of payment. As soon as your product is on its way, you will receive a separate email with your tracking number.

I track my order, the delivery status does not change. What can I do?

Due to the high demand, our shipping partners sometimes cannot keep up with updating the tracking. If your delivery status does not change after 4-5 days, please contact our customer support at:

Where does Laughwear send to?

Currently to Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Germany, Switzerland and the United States.

How high are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free of charge from 25€

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel items or orders that are not yet in the shipping process at any time. Simply send us an email to

However, if your order is already in the shipping process, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel it.

How can I return my order?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it

Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?

Yes, the customer pays the return costs themselves.

I am not satisfied with my product.

Are you unhappy with your product? 
Contact us at any time and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution that will satisfy you.

When will I receive my money back?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
